Green Fiber,structure fire Hagaman, 8-30-2009
Hagaman VFD responded to Green Fiber on Pawling St on 8-30-2009 @ 6:30 am for a report of a structure fire, first arriving firefighters found a heavy smoke condition, once inside, firefighters found a malfunctioning hopper that is used to bag insulating material that is made from recycled newspaper.
Damage was confined to the piece of equipment with some smoke and water damage to the building.
Firefighters were on scene approximately 3 hours, no injuries were reported.
