167 Egelston Road, Town of Glen 1-25-2010

Town of Glen firefighters responded to 167 Egelston Road at about 1 am for a report of a chimney fire, upon arrival, the fire had already vented itself and due to high winds, the house was well involved making a interior attack very difficult due to limited manpower and water supply at that time.
The residents were alerted by a smoke detector and were able to call 911, they escaped without injury, 1 firefighter was transported to a local hospital for minor injuries.
The house, 2 cars and a motorcycle are a total loss.
Fultonville, Fort Hunter, Tribes Hill, Hagaman, Town of Florida, Rural Grove, and Town of Mohawk firefighters were also called to the scene for mutual aid, GAVAC ambulance was also on standby.Gallery has 5 HD Videos @ the end, THESE PHOTOS ARE NOT FOR SALE
