I was with Governor Wilson all day in 1974 when he came to Amsterdam, but I don't recognize the situations in these several shots. I'm virtually positive he wore the same topcoat, however. But then, Wilson only had one thin tie in his closet and this may have been his only outerwear for years. Nor do I recall him smoking in public, as he appears to be in this pic.
