Amsterdam from South side looking north, taken before 1959 arterial. Old river bridge. Lanzi's restaurant still standing on Bridge Street. Minaville Street to River Street to Bridge Street was the main route coming from the east. Cleveland Avenue was a major thoroughfare.. Chalmers Building looked crappy then, too.
